Your new or new to you Toyota has many bells and whistles and we are here to help you learn to use them! The first step is becoming familiar with Entune App Suite as it is the easiest way to start to utilize the technology in your car. So, let’s get started!
Entune App Suite allows your vehicle to access the data on your cell phone while downloading a set group of Toyota apps. These apps will be available for your uses on the touch screen of your vehicle immediately after the download.
How to Download Entune App Suite:
This process will be the same for both an Android and an iPhone.
1. Search Entune in your App Store or Play Store depending on the device.
2. Press GET and then INSTALL.
3. Make an account by hitting the red Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter all of your personal information until you get to your VIN. You can scan your VIN by clicking on the small camera and taking a photo of the VIN which is located on the driver’s side door frame.
5. Please be sure that you are connected to Bluetooth as this will allow your phone and your car to “speak” to each other. Once you get to this part of the process your touch screen will prompt you to complete a mandatory update.
6. Push NOW when you see the prompt and the Download will begin. Your car will complete the Download twice, which is normal.

No matter if you live in the “Big City” or in a rural small town your Entune App Suite will give you access to traffic and weather apps on your touch screen. The two things to remember are; first to enable Bluetooth, and second open the Entune App on your phone to get the ball rolling each time you would like to use the apps. This is a simple process that will give you the ability to check the traffic around you or for your upcoming drive. You will be alerted of accidents, slow traffic, as well as the weather if you chose.
