Everyone’s favorite feature….drum roll please……NAVIGATION!
First thing is first, please make sure that you are at a complete stop!
1. Open the Navigation screen and hit the destination button at the bottom of the screen which reads Dest. and then Address.
2. Make sure to enter the state first and then the city to follow. Type slowly to allow the smart touch system can bring up your options.
3. Street name NOT the house number. The house number will come very last.
4. Hit OK and then GO.
Too busy to stop and type everything into the system? Of course, Toyota has an option for you too! Please take advantage of your voice command system. Press the voice command button located on the right side of your steering wheel and hold it down until you hear a beep.
The car will ask, “What would you like to do?” and in this case you would say, “Get directions to an address. The car will then prompt you to give the full address. Once the address has been said the car will give you guidance to your destination.
